We offer custom manufacturing of chipper blades, plowshares, and hammers for mills and shredders made from hardened Hardox steel or other steel grades. Hardox steel has uniform hardness throughout its entire thickness (it is not surface-hardened). Additionally, it is resistant to cracking and can be welded, threaded, and bent. We manufacture blades and plowshares according to customer drawings or samples. Simply send a technical drawing with dimensions (thickness, length, width) and, if applicable, hole spacing. Each order is individually priced. There is also the possibility of producing other custom or non-standard components from Hardox steel or other types of steel.
